K-8 Application & Admissions Process
(see the Preschool page for Preschool Admissions information)
1. Submit Required Admission Items
-Completed Application Form with non-refundable Registration Fee.
-Kindergarten only: Submit a copy of student’s birth certificate.
-1st - 8th Grade only: Submit copies of most current report card and achievement test.
2. Parent Interview with the Principal
3. Student meeting with Principal
-Students will be given a placement examination as part of this meeting.
4. Notification of Application Results
-A letter will be mailed to you notifying you of the results of your application.
5. Finalize Admission
-Complete and submit Financial Agreement Form, and Thrivent Simply Giving enrollment form for automatic bank withdrawals (if setting up monthly payments for tuition).
-Submit $150 non-refundable deposit toward the Technology and Instructional Materials Fee, with the remainder due in August on Fees and Forms Day (the week before school begins).
-Kindergarten only: Submit a copy of the student’s immunization record.
-1st Grade only: Submit a completed Health/Immunization Exam form.
Please note:
-Kindergarten applicants are to be 5 years of age on or before December 1.
-1st Grade applicants are to be 6 years of age on or before December 1.
